Your test date details are included in your Assessment Purchase Confirmation email. Your test date details are also located in the Countdown to Your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. You must be logged in to access your user profile. To change your test date, please log in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and visit the Exam Registration page.

Hi, I've have been scheduled twice today and have not been able to launch exam the first time the second time the web cam could not detect my face therefore what do I do know??

I lost my exam earlier today (around 3 or so). I was in the process of reviewing my answers and I it some back button of some sort that took me out of the test completely.. I hit the help button for assistance and it stated that assistance would be momentarily. After waiting and waiting approximately 10 min I tried again and it said assistance is not available please try again...after waiting a while longer and an error code of 404, I closed out and requested a chat...once chatting the rep asked if I wanted my test submitted...of course I said yes...well needless to say I failed.

I need to submit a ticket to request additional time at the testing center.

I could not log in after creating an account so I tried changing my password and still I could not get in.

Your notification of passing the exam says that I could find my Counselor ID on my profile page but I am not seeing it. Could you please respond to this inquiry asap? Thank you. via email: vinnierichardson@gmail.com
