Could you please allow me to re-registering for another exam? I am trying to register again for Monday and it is not letting me because my test from today is not complete.

I would like to request a reasonable request for additional time for the HUD Exam. My first language is Spanish. However, I would like to take the exam in English. I have taken the test several times and I have not been able to pass. I believe that the additional time would make a difference in helping me pass the test. I would like to take the exam at Millennium Training Institute located at 2 Granite Avenue, 2nd Floor, Suite 200, Milton MA 02186. My proposed dates and times are anytime after 11:00 AM EST on the following dates: 7/20/2021, 7/23/2021 and 7/27/2021.

My exam was suspended. I really needed to use the bathroom.

The name on my exam ticket is not complete. It should read Margaret Patyrak Jenkins as this is what is listed on my photo ID and profile tab.

I signed up for the wrong date to take the HUD counselor Certification Exam. is there any way I can get a refund and then check my work schedule to take the exam on a date that I will be available to.

Hi!!! I'm hoping you can help. I had to take my test on Tuesday (because of the holiday) and have a passing score by Thursday (for my new job) and there were only appointments available on Tuesday morning and Thursday. Unfortunately, - or fortunately - I was able to take the test at home and pass on Wednesday.

Since ALL off my appointments were made within that 72 hour window. I was really hoping that you can credit me for (what would have been my fourth attempt) today? Please?
