Hi there I was scheduled to take my HUD Exam last Thursday however I was not allowed to take it because my government issued Id didn't match the name on my registration. They told me to contact Brixton support but I can't find the place I am supposed to go to?

I was scheduled for my HUD Exam at 11:00 June 22, 2021. Kryterion stopped my session because they said my account name did not match my ID's. My account name and my ID's match. They rescheduled my test two weeks away so HUD could have time to update my info but my info is correct. I would like to schedule an earlier time with the fee waived. Help!
