Good morning, I was scheduled for an exam yesterday but was having issues with my WIFI and could not get online. I wanted to have my exam rescheduled if possible.

I have passed the exam and transfer result to FHA connection as instructed I continue the application; however the application default is HECM when I click on CERTIFIED it gives this this message "Changing Counselor Type to Certified will clear all training data".
