As the compliance deadline approaches, the availability of online exam slots will grow increasingly limited. What you see in the registration system regarding availability is accurate. However, there may be availability at a test center near you.
To check availability at a test center, select an Onsite Proctored exam from the registration menu and select each test center in your search results to view the available exam slots.
I am trying to register for a re-take of my certification exam online but it seems that Kryterion is booked out for the rest of the month (Eastern Time).
To cancel or reschedule your exam, sign in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select Change Your Test Date in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard.
Follow the steps to reschedule or cancel your scheduled exam (canceled exams will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to schedule a new exam.

The exam fee has been refunded to the purchase card. It may take a couple of weeks to be reflected in your statement. You must purchase a new exam if you still wish to take it.

We have reviewed your Fee Waiver Request.
Your request has been denied because situations in which [PICK ONE] the candidate purchased the wrong exam / the candidate failed to obey the rules / the circumstances described do not qualify as an emergency are not eligible for a fee waiver.

I did not receive the email for the results/feedback for the exam I took on 6/30/2021. Please email me the results
Have medical issue. Need to cancel 2pm HUD test for 7/8/21. How?

Is there a way for me to request a refund for a scheduled exam if it was set up under a different user's email? We have paid for an exam for an employee that may not be employed with our agency prior to the test date. Thank you!
