Dear Counselor,

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.

There is a known browser error in which candidates are sometimes kicked out of Webassessor and asked to log back in.

I have tried to take this exam for 2 days and i can not get pass the Proctor blank page. I have disabled all of my firewalls to allow the system to use my computers. Yesterday i worked on this for 4-5 hours and was reassigned a new testing time yesterday and then another one today. I need to take the test at a training center at this point because I don't have another computer to take this test on.

Dear Counselor,

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam.
