i wanted to get a voucher for an exam i had rescheduled but the system never registered it. i was at the hospital because my daughter was born at 35 weeks so it was unexpected. i was at the hospital rescheduling it and i thought it was gone through but turns out due to poor internet connection it timed out. i didn't check back because i was dealing with my daughter being premature and i was not on the top of mind until i checked a week later it did not change and i paid for the exam but was not able to take it.

Completion of training is optional and is not required to become certified. However, to increase certification exam passing rates, candidates are highly encouraged to study the course content.

To access the training, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov. 

Once you are signed in, select “Training Center” at the top of the page. If you are already signed in, you can access the Training Center launch page directly.

I have previously taken the Housing Counseling Exam ,unfortunately I need to retake. I have found it to be helpful with doing calculations to have scrap paper and pen/pencil. I am requesting to have scrap paper and pen/pencil please. My exam is Saturday September 26 @ 9:00 am

Unable to schedule a date and time

I would really like to know my score if at all possible. I put so many hours into studying for the exam. I am grateful I passed but would really like to know my score. I would also like to know which answers I got correct and which ones I did not. But the score for sure. Thank You, Pamela Pierce

What are the locations to take the exam. where and when do I take the Exam?

The "coupon/voucher" field is a standard field for the testing company. HUD does not provide voucher or coupon codes to offset exam costs. You may skip the "Submit" button and select "Check Out" at the bottom of the page to complete your purchase.
