What does the countdown clock mean on our front page? Do we have to do the exam by that date?

Hello today I was schedule to take the HUD Exam. My Company had IT issues on their end and I was unable to download Kryterion to complete the test. Administrator staff have been contacted and I will have access for a later time to schedule. Thank you

I received an informational email for my exam tomorrow and somehow I can't locate it today.

Having trouble filling out forms. Was a no show for my exam due to hospitalization on 07/14/2021 (online exam) . Am looking to reschedule with waived rescheduling fee.

My case manager signed up for the HUD Exam a couple months ago, then she got married and her name has changed. Her driver's license is now in her married name. What ID should she bring tomorrow for the exam? Can we update her account to her new name without messing up her exam? Thanks.

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam.
