After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.

There is a known browser error in which candidates are sometimes kicked out of Webassessor and asked to log back in.

Dear Counselor,

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam. 

Is a hard copy of the Purchase confirmation/Authorization code required or is a photo of it on phone acceptable?

i just noticed that my test is at the wrong location . I was trying to schedule with Humeric in Mt Laurel NJ . The paper is stating New York which is too far for me . can this be fixed

I am trying to fill out the fee waiver request. It will not let me due to not putting in a time or documentation but there is not an option to do that. What should I do to complete this form?
