If taking the test and still not passed by August 1, can the test still be taking until passed after August 1st. Please advise.

I need to reschedule my test the computer I was supposed to use this morning for this has broken. When I go into the system to reschedule I do not get the options. Can you please help with this?

When I try to log in it says access denied?

i tried to take the proctored exam and was interrupted 3 times 1, they said they couldn't see me but i could see myself in the camera, 2 the camera would work on my end and on the 3rd time they say i needed to pan my bedroom i told them that my camera is in my monitor. they insisted so i told them i would relocate my computer so i will be able to pan the area. i logged out relocated my computer got back on contacted the online customer service rep to relaunch me test and was told that they couldn't do so and i had to contact you guys.

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam and complete the form at the bottom of the page.

Kryterion Technicians have advised that I need to reschedule my online exam to onsite, and that requires an additional $40.00 payment. I am advised to discuss this alteration with this site.
