The system kept loading and didn't capture my photo. I reached out for online support. I was told I had to exit the testing Kryertion/Sentinel system to email them directly. I also tried to copy and paste the chat but it would'nt allow. However, it said they would re launch the exam. The exam had already started and didnt allow me back in. Msmechell00@gmail.com

Abdisalan called requesting assistance changing his exam registration from online to in person. Support walked him through the steps to take and stayed on until he was comfortable finishing registration on his own.

Counselor completed and passed test on July 22, 2021. Did not put in agency id and unable to correct. Transfer not complete to FHA Connection so that agency can finalize. Please advise.

I tried multiple times to enter the system before time. I tried multiple times to reach someone online with Kryterion and gave them my telephone number. It also would not allow me to capture It said that they were offline. I would to reschedule my exam at no charge please
