Our employee, Crystal Villa, is scheduled to take the HUD exam on Wednesday, July 28th (see confirmation below). Unfortunately, she is currently stuck out of the country and cannot make contact herself. Can we cancel/refund this exam and we will reschedule when she returns?

i am requesting a reasonable accomodation for my online exam on June 1st. I need to be able to read the questions and move my lips. I have adhd.

It says in the email that I am required to show a Government Id, I actually just lost my ID this past weekend but in the event I cannot find it before my Exam would photo copy of my ID work?

Can I still take my exam? I was off by an hour?

Hi, I have been scheduling exams for all of our housing counselors on staff. I accidently scheduled someone yesterday for an exam on the 31st (she wanted more time to study). I went in to reschedule and saw that because the exam is less then 72 hours away that their is a fee. I was hoping that we could be allowed a one time reschedule for this individual without the fee.
