I am attempting to take the exam for the 3rd time tomorrow. In the last 2 attempts, I am kicked out of the system and asked to sign back in. Using the same credentials that I originally used, the system does not allow me to log back in. Can someone provide me guidance on this. I have downloaded Sentinel and completed the biometric checks and that has all gone fine. Appreciate any help you can provide.

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam and complete the form at the bottom of the page.

I was schedule to take my exam today at 3:pm when try to log in at 2:50pm I receive a message stating I was too early and to sign back in at the time of the exam. at 3:pm the sentinel secure Kryterion inc. came on my screen stating it is loading. them were it says lunch for the exam a new message pop up saying testing Time has now passed. Please contact your program Manager for information on re-scheduling your assessment. The sentinel is still loading can i exit out of it and how long it take to load?

Aloha, I need to resume my exam. Unfortunately, I've had many server connection issues and was unable to complete my exam. At the time, I was unable to reschedule. Now that I my organization has secured a better suited location, I may resume. Kryterion suggested I contact here for this issue.
Please help me resume my exam.
