I was not able to log in to take my online exam. I spent three hours with tech support and we could not figure out why it would not let me past the camera and microphone page. I would just like to reschedule at a testing center please.

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.

There is a known browser error in which candidates are sometimes kicked out of Webassessor and asked to log back in.

Please help me some how I got kicked out of my test

Can I receive a receipt for my last certification exam I have taken on 8/24/20?
