I completed and passed the HUD Certified Housing Counselor Exam on 6/10/2021 and I am filling out the application but when I hit send I receive an error message stating that there is “No Exam Data On File” and am unable to move forward. Do I need to wait a certain amount of time before filling out the application?

How do I transfer my scores to FHA connection .
I passed the Counselor course last year August.

How can I apply to take the test for free? (I am unemployed and I want to see if you can pay for the certification test, if eligible. Thank you.
