We are not a HUD certified counseling agency yet. All of our counselors have passed their test except for 2 of them. They are still working on it. I am a manager and haven't had time to work on this so I scheduled the test after Aug 1st and keep getting emails it will be after the compliance deadline. Does this have to be done before Aug 1 since we are not HUD certified yet?

Dear Counselor,

There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam. 

I am testing today at 2:00 pm Arizona time. but I need the extra time. my primary language is Spanish and need extra time for the test. please let me know if this is possible for today and I also paid for tomorrow Saturday

Is there anyway to get the actual score and responses for the Practice Exam?

While taking the exam, the program kept backing me out. It asked me to sign into Webassessor, which I do not have a webassessor account because I logged in through the HUD certification portal. Now my test says suspended and will not let me resume taking the test.

The information included in your exam registration must match your government-issued ID. Additionally, your email address must be updated in order to receive important communication about the exam and certification.

You can update your name, email address, state, and time zone in your User Profile by logging into your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account and selecting "Edit" on the User Profile Dashboard.
