How do I find my certification?

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials at any other point (i.e. registering for an exam). 

I’ve been waiting on the Kryterion Sentinel secure for over an hour to take my HUD Test that was scheduled at 8am. Is this an accurate waiting time? Please assist me 520-301-1530

If you have passed the exam, your next step is to authorize the transfer of your passing test results to FHA Connection. To do this, sign in to your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select the "Exam" tab in your User Profile. Then, select “Transfer Results to FHA Connection.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Transfer Results page.

I don't see the My Assessments tab so I can install the Exam software.

I have ADAD and am requesting more time if needed

when I signed up for my exam my last name was Murdock, April 3 i got married and my last name is now Vculek. My driver's license says Vculek now as well. What do i need to do?
