Hope LoanPort announced yesterday they will close their operation on December 31, 2019.

are we allowed to use test aides? I am pretty sure I know the answer but thought I would ask? Also can we have a drink at our desk since we are doing this online?

I completed and passed the HUD 1 Certification Exam July 25, 2020. How do I obtain a Certificate to that affect./ Who do I contact? My organization needs it.

Is there a list of changes in the Study Guide which appear in the Sept., 2020 edition. It would be a real time-saver to have the list for those who have been using the previous edition.

Exam registration, cancellations, and changes are handled through your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

To create an account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov, select "Sign Up" at the top of the page and enter the information required: 

• First name
• Last name
• Email address*
• State

Then, select the "Create new account" button at the bottom of the form. Verify your email to complete your registration.

I am scheduled for Dec 1, to take an onsite HUD test but I am in quarantine until Dec 2. How do I reschdule for an online option?
