What kind of education ,does one need to become a Hud counselor, also do you have to work for Hud before you are certified.

Hello , I was suppose to retest on July 1 and was out due to covid. I missed my testing and I am now trying to schedule and cant . Is there anyway I can get a voucher to retake to test?

I keep getting logged out when time to take the test.

I believe I scheduled my exam for the 9th but when I log it it says my exam is ready on the 8th. Just want to make sure I have the right date and time.

I tried the launch tab for exam from 11:00 up to 12:05 It kept giving notice "Not accessible until scheduled time", then noted "Must reschedule-past time limit". Chatted with Kryterion-referred to HUD...support. Needing to fix time zone.

I will not take the exam, I am working for a different department. Is there a specific procedures that I need to do to cancel? I also wanted to know if I can get a refund??
