so now I have permission to take this exam whenever and wherever . It will be from Home . How do I begin ??

As of Sept. 22, 2020 I had complete Modules 1 thru Module 4. Today, I attempt to complete Modules 4 and 5 and notice that none of the previous modules are mark as completed as their were prior to today. I'm seeking assistance to the matter. Thanks in advance. Michele Shehee.

I took the HUD housing counselor exam yesterday and I received my exam score but not the email with recommendations for further study by topic. Is it possible that I can find that information out, so I know what to study the next time I take the exam?

I am unable to get to the HC exam

Good morning. I am the Training and Data Analytics Manager for CCCSMD. Some of our counselors are HUD certified. What do I need to do to see their certifications? Thanks

How do I request additional testing time for a counselors on my staff that English is their second language? The translation of two languages takes longer to test effectively and she is always concerned about the timing. She has tested several times and we think additional time will help her with her language concerns

You have up to five attempts to enter your account password on the User Sign In page before your account will lock. Locked accounts will unlock automatically after six hours, or you can expedite access by contacting the Support team.

Upon completion of the certification exam, each candidate receives an immediate PASS or FAIL notification, as applicable. Candidates who pass receive an email outlining next steps. Those who fail receive an email report with information as described in the practice exam feedback explanation.
