There was an issue with my exam earlier today (the video feed kept dropping) so the proctor sent me the link to test my system and informed me that it would be rescheduled. I tested the system and it passed, but I have not received an email with my new exam date/time so I was wondering if I needed to do anything else. Thank you!

Support informed caller which test centers are closed in his area and advised him to use the registration process to schedule an appointment at an open center near him. Support also advised caller that if the center he schedules with closes, his appointment will be automatically rescheduled to a placeholder date in the future which he can reschedule again once test centers open.
