I want to download the module as a study guide rather then interactive module, how do I do that?

I was scheduled to take a HUD Housing Counseling certification exam on this past Friday. I completed all the necessary requirements to be able to take the exam however the Sentinel download did function properly thus causing me to not be able to take the test. Is there any way to reschedule without having to re-pay?
