Hello,

I am newer to my position and I have a question about re-certifying as an HUD approved agency. I was checking the last certificate we have on file and it appears that the certificate is only valid for 90 days. It seems that I will need to submit an application along with a housing work plan and various other documents in order to obtain another agency certificate. My question is how is the process different from the initial certification process?

I am trying to print and/or download Module 1.3 Study Guide and it's printing out blank and when I download it tells me it's Forbidden. How can I get a copy of this to print?

I took and passed my HUD Housing Counselor exam on August 26, 2020 in Wichita. I was under the impression that the information would be on my Profile page here in the HUD Housing Counselors website. Where is that information?

I passed the test and registered thru the FHA connection but i get an error due to social security number where do i need to go to see what is the issue.

I keep getting an error message that says, "Access to registration and scheduled exam details is currently closed due scheduled site maintenance. Please try again later." whenever I try to register for the exam. This has been happening for 3 months. The system will not let me register for certification exam.

Where can i find my receipts for the exam

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam.
