What is HUD user ID. Where do we find it

Good morning. I am trying to find out if my scheduled testing site will be open on Wednesday

Hi - I was reminded of my exam scheduled for 9/4. I need to reschedule for a later date to better prepare. How do I do that at this time?

When trying to take or launch my HUD Exam the site is taking me into the webassessor login page and asking for a login and password. This has happened twice. The site will not accept my HUDhounsingcounselor ID or password. I'm scheduled to try to take the HUD Exam on tomorrow evening.

I was scheduled to take my test at 2:00pm today. The camera would not do any face recognition. Went to chat with support and the computer froze up. Had to log out and then re-login again, it would not do face recognition. Went on the chat button and spoke with Ammon. He said there was two people in the room, which there wasn't at that time. He reset but I had to re login again. By time I did all that, I could not launch the test and I am out $60. Is there anyway, I can get the money refunded so I can take the test again

I am getting ready to prepare to take the certification exam, what material should I be studying to pass the exam?

I will be taking the HUD exam on Monday 31 in Charleston, S.C. Because I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis I will need extra time on the test. I just started training for my position as a housing counselor this week, so I could not meet the thirty day requirement, but I still need the accommodation.
