Where can I reprint the Test Taker Authorization Code to take the exam.

How can I change my password?

I took and passed the exam today and it is not regestering that I did that on HUD Housing counselors website. I need to upload the results to the FHA

I paid $50 reschedule fee on 8/10 & selected a new online testing date for today 8/24 @ 1:15pm & my HUD profile states that I have no test scheduled for today. I called 800-448-7149& I spoke with “Michael” & he said I should “check back later.” I’ve attached screen shots for your review. Can you please help me schedule an online test? 1. Does this training and certification course make one eligible to qualify for grants to provide housing and counseling services for those in need?

2. Do you have additional training that encompasses investors with apartment buildings that may be used for low-income housing?

Dear Counselor,

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials at any other point (i.e. registering for an exam). 

Hi- I am unable to download some of the study guide, as it does not display more than the first page of the module. Can I possibly be emailed a PDF of the following?
1.) Module 1.3
2.) Module 2.1
