there was an error in scheduling the exam. I was supposed to schedule for at home testing. Can you help me and change it ?

I am trying to launch my HUDHousingCounselors Certification Exam and I cannot get past the launch. There is a dialog box with a red circle and X. Please advise.

I am unable to download the pdf for Module 1.3 of the Study Guide. I can view the cover page, but none of the rest of the content is visible, and when attempting to download the document I get an error message failed/forbidden.

How can I reprint the information require to present to take the exam at a site.

Completion of training is optional and is not required to become certified. However, to increase certification exam passing rates, candidates are highly encouraged to study the course content.

To access the training, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov. 

Once you are signed in, select “Training Center” at the top of the page. If you are already signed in, you can access the Training Center launch page directly.
