i need to change my exam date

I was originally scheduled to take the exam on 8/4 at 11am. However, there was an issue with my camera to take the online test. I paid the fee of $50 and rescheduled my exam for 8/11 at 11am. I want to confirm I am scheduled for Tuesday 8/11 at 11am as it's telling me, I'm not registered. I want to know if I am scheduled on your end to take the online exam at my new day and time. Please help.

I need to cancel my test and I am unable to do so. Can someone please reach out to me

Would you provide a receipt for my online exam? I accessed to the Exam Status Center to get a receipt at pre-launch, unfortunately that option is not active.

Good afternoon. I have left my old company and started with a new organization. My user account is under my old email that has a copy of my HUD certification tied to it. How do i access that if i have forgotten my password. I dont have access to the old account. It was deactived once i left.

I was scheduled to take the again on August 1, 2020 at 10pm central time. After logging and getting to the exam screen; the screen went blank three times and I was not able to take the exam. How can I reschedule? It was technical difficulties on the site's end and I would like to take the exam.
