I don't see any sites in WA to take this exam? I'm supposed to take one in a proctored site but I'm struggling finding this. It's at Urban League in Seattle, WA.

Need to reschedule my Test. It was originally schedule for Sunday the 2nd at 7am MST but had tech issues and no phone tech were available and the chat support was also off line

What are approved agencies to participate in HUD's Housing Counseling program? I would like to obtain this certification as an individual. Is that not possible in any way?

i had technical issues again on Saturday at 1pm schedule. The proctor told me I had to log out and relaunch due to the camera from the laptop was on instead of the external camera I had plugged in. When I went to relaunch it wouldn't work. I tried using their "chat" support feature but it would not take my response when it asked for my email, so the chat service timed out, And there was no way to reach support by phone. Please help. Thanks.
