The training content is reviewed and updated on a periodic basis to maintain accuracy and relevance. Each time the online modules are updated, the Online Training Status resets because the new modules have not been reviewed. This is explained in the Notices section on your Profile Page as well as in the HUD list serv update announcement sent out on September 27th, 2019: “HUD also recommends you note your online module completion status, which is accessible in your website profile, as modules will be replaced and module status reset.”

I was schedule to take HUD Certification exam the on July 25, 2020 @ 11:00. I showed up to take the exam and the NC Elite Center in Greenville and it was CLOSED. I have all my email that I was sent.

A ticket was entered by my supervisor on I believe March 9th for a reschedule to an exam due to medical. Support stated that the request would need to be made by the user.

I would like to send in information and or proof that I was not able to make the test day due to medical reasons. Please advise.
