Hello.

My supervisor received information from HUD about the new HUD deadline for taking the Counselors Exam (August 1st, 2021). I was scheduled to do it this Wednesday 5th, 2020 at 3 pm. My supervisor asked me to find out if it was possible to change the date without incurring in paying the reschedule fee. I didn't have the 72 hrs to reschedule the test, since the information was shared on Monday, August 3, 2020 at 5:20 PM.
Is there any way to reschedule without paying the fee?

I took the HUD exam on 7-29-2020 at 21:58 and passed. I logged back into the system to transfer my results to FHAC. My exam status is now missing. I'm not sure what to do next.

I was wondering where I would be able to print the information or if there is a printer friendly version of all Modules.

I currently work for a HUD agency I took and passed the exam two years ago. I received the below email from you a few months ago and went on today to submit info to FHA Connection but it is saying I haven't taken exam???? Please advise--as this is incorrect!!

Hi, I'm trying to get my HUD housing counseling certification. I took the test today, but it was giving in Spanish for some reason. I probably made a mistake when I registered for it, or something. I told the proctor that I couldn't take it in Spanish (it's my native language) because I was going to fail it for sure, since I'm not familiar with the terminology in Spanish. But he said that they didn't have control of it. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, and I took it, but I didn't understand the material at all, I was lost. As a result, I failed it. I just wondering what happened?

How can I obtain receipts of purchasing the test for my records

My counselor can't find where to enter the on line test center for Washington State. Urban league in Seattle has it set up but she can't find where to enter this information to sign up for a date in August 2020.

Has the certification deadline of August 1st, 2020 been extended???
