Where can i see the calendar or timeslots to schedule for exam

I am finding out that it will be very hard for me to take my exam tomorrow on my work computer based on the different firewalls so I am trying to move it to a in person exam I have found a site in MN but just need to know how I can cancel my online exam tomorrow and then move to the in person and pay the $40 difference

I have so many issues accessing the test today. I logged in, but was told i could not access kryterion. I called my IT department and that took more than 20 minutes

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam.

I am trying to set up my biometrics profile iit is asking for a phrase. I do not know what phrase they are asking for.

I was taking exam and who ever proctored my ex showed up to tell me switch signed out and sign back in with the the detached camera. I did came back through the same process I did earlier with installing one of the software the 4th times (two tonight). Preceeding back to the exam, there was not option for me to switch. In fact no one tells me at the start. My camera was attached to my laptop. I don't know how this works, and I would hope you know how this work on the proctor side. I'm tired. Just very tired!

I cannot log into Webassessor I have been working on this since they called me and changed my online exam to 9:15 tonight I was schedule for 9:00 pm on Sunday

I have chated with Connor and Trevor and it keep timing on me I need to reschedule.
