Last Saturday I started taking the exam. As I am a 71-year-old with little computer knowledge, I asked a colleague for help and my exam was immediately suspended. We are a non-profit institution; and I am requesting an opportunity to take the exam again without pay for it.

I went to take my HUD counselor exam this morning and the site was closed. I was informed that they may not be open until August 3. I am not the first person this happened to. Why was I not notified?

When attempting to register for the test, it asks for a code. Where do I find this code?

How to I find the voucher code to register for the exam? The system will not let me register without one.

I rescheduled my exam time for today, Tuesday, July 28th. It was originally scheduled for 10:00am EST, but I changed it to 4:45pm. The 4:45pm time is not reflecting anywhere. I need to confirm that my exam is scheduled today for 4:45pm. I received an email, but it contained no time.
