How to reschedule a time and not the date
How to reschedule a time and not the date
Unable to take exam due to biometrics - face not detected. Please issue refund.
Due to issues with the biometric system I had to reschedule my exam within 24 hours. I rescheduled from 7/28/2020 to 7/30/2020 today my assessments still has the original test date. I paid the 50.00 fee however I am seeking a fee waiver and to find out why the testing date has not updated. thank you
Good evening,
I rescheduled my Exam after for 7/28 at 2:45 after experiencing technical difficulties with biometrics and missing my exam time last week. My confirmation email shows the $50 charge, but the exam was rescheduled for the same date and time as my original exam on 7/23. I was not provided the new online exam date and time.
Due to Covin-19 allof the testing sites in my area are closed and will not open before August. My on-line system is not compatible to take the exam. What should I do.
I have taken the Assessment exam but can't find where the copy is to retrieve it and review it.
I am reseting to continue the exam but it says there is an error.. I dont know what to do
I am scheduled to take the HUD HC exam in person on August 17, 2020. I would like to change that to an online proctored exam. I have already installed Sentinel Secure and I have a Webcam that fits the specifications and requirements. I already paid the $100 fee for the Exam at a Testing Center. I would like to schedule for the Online Exam but I don't want to pay again - I'd like the fee I paid to be applied to the new registration. Could you please contact me to accomplish this?
Attached is an email that I send to Housing Action of Illinois regarding Kryterion.
I hope all is well. The reason I am writing is to express my feelings about the difficulties I have experienced this weekend trying to take the Housing Counseling Exam from my home using Kryterion.
