I cannot switch my camera to my external camera. I have a Mac computer.

I have tried repeatedly to get into the online test. The system let me reschedule once after I timed out. But now I don't see what it let reschedule to which was 10:30 pm 8/1/2020. Now it won't let me reschedule at all. The initial problem involved biometrics testing and webcam. I need to be able to schedule for a new test time and a reset of the biometric test. HELP!!!

I have been trying to schedule for the Housing counselor exam but I am getting a message that says the system in undergoing maintenance. Please advise.

I rescheduled my exam as my husband was exposed to Covid-19 and our entire family is taking precaution.

I successfully rescheduled for two weeks from today; however, I am concerned about the my refund.

Good evening my name is Adalberto Rodriguez I was suppose to take my exam today but I could not do to a program that I could not install on my computer. I've enter on time but it was not sufficient for downloading the required program. Ive would like to know if I could reschedule the exam for tomorrow or monday.

I was told to log out and log back in to adjust my camera and I was prompted to adjust the lighting then I received a message that my exam time had passed. will I be allowed to finish my exam without having to pay again? Am I even able to take the test again. I am super stressed out.
