Still having problems with camera cannot relaunch

I need to reschedule my test that was scheduled for August 5. I need to take it on Thursday, August 13th at 3:00pm. There is not an option for me to reschedule on the site or even schedule from scratch.

Hi, I passed the HUD certification exam, but when I went to complete the certified counselor application, I got an error message saying that there is no exam data on file. Can you update my records to show I passed the HUD exam today so that I may complete my application? Thanks!

I am trying to reschedule my online exam i had on Friday July 31st. I was not able to speak to anyone or chat with anyone to get help. The system did not recognize my face and my time lapsed for my test.

I was reading online and I just want to ensure I'm reading it right: so I would need to take and pass the exam prior to August 21 2020 in order to get my certificate? I am a little confused on that.

I have been trying to reschedule my exam as i was not able to launch the exam due to tech issue with the face recognition. I did try and contact Kryterion but tech phone was offline and there chat was disconnected due to log wait period on first attempt and second attempt just said next in line but no one ever accepted the chat request. They told me to contact HUD due to the exam being in an expired state. I don't think we should have to pay again for the test since we didn't have the tech support available in a timely manner fro Kryterion

I was scheduled to take the HUD exam at 7:00pm CST on August 3, 2020 but I had trouble with the face recognition for the biometrics before my HUD exam. I was unable to launch exam due to time laps. I would like to reschedule for the exam.
