What gives...I get another email about my test being rescheduled? This test is a big deal and requires a lot of study immediately prior to taking the test. This is the second time I was rescheduled. If the test center is not open/available, why schedule me in the first place? I want to understand why this is happening and why it won't happen a third time at this testing center. I tried to reschedule or cancel my appointment due to an emergency, I tried to cancel on Saturday 12/26/2020 48 hours before the test, but then it was charging me $80 to cancel or reschedule.
The guidelines said up to 24 hours, and now within the 24 hours it charges me as well.

I read that your name on your government issued ID has to match the name on your exam. I am married, my name on my ID is slightly different as there is an extra name to my last name. Would that be an issue?
