I am just getting ready to schedule the proctored exam. I have obtained the necessary external web cam just recently.

I received an email today that my scheduled exam was cancelled due to a COVID-19 shut down of the test center. What is the best way to change my in person exam and schedule a online test?

Ticket from Mary Kavanaugh-Gahn - Proctoring/Kryterion

My staff received an email notifying him that his testing site is closed on the date he scheduled to take an exam 7/14/2020. The email reassigned him to AZ. We are in MI and signed him up to take the test at Aero Park Testing Center in Traverse City. How can I reschedule him to a date at that site without incurring extra expense?
