Hello, I registered for the exam then cancelled it and I need to know about the refund of $100. Could you check my account? I did not see a refund go into my bank account when I cancelled. I am just getting ready to schedule the proctored exam. I have obtained the necessary external web cam just recently.
I was not aware I needed an external camera. Can I reschedule for July 10th?

I received an email today that my scheduled exam was cancelled due to a COVID-19 shut down of the test center. What is the best way to change my in person exam and schedule a online test?

My staff received an email notifying him that his testing site is closed on the date he scheduled to take an exam 7/14/2020. The email reassigned him to AZ. We are in MI and signed him up to take the test at Aero Park Testing Center in Traverse City. How can I reschedule him to a date at that site without incurring extra expense?

I reschduled my exam that I had today for the 31st of July it charged me a fee and genarted a conformation email which still states that my test is today. Can you help me?
