Cannot log in to my account. Password is not working

Dear Counselor,

I'm able to login to hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov but I'm having issues login to www.webassessor.com it is not recognizing my log in information (user/password) I use under hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov - I need to setup my biometrics to take test this Friday May 29th - please advice

I was scheduled to take the HUD Certification Exam today, 6/29/20 @ 2:00p.m - ASSU Cognitive Testing Center, 6005 159th Street, Oak Forest, IL I arrived at the center at 1:30 and the door was locked. I waited for an hour, no one showed up. An employee from another business next door to the center was able to call the test administrator for the center, he told her that the site was closed until July 6th. I am very upset and disappointed that I was scheduled and confirmed to take the test on a date that the center isn't open on. Currently, I don't have a scheduled test date.

I'm at an Intermediary, and we have about 45 people who need to take their HUD exam, located across the country. Is there an easy way I can pay for this, such as getting coupon codes I can share with them?

I'm going to be scheduling my HUD Exam to be taken 'online' from my house...what are the requirements for the 'space/room' where I take the exam...I don't see it listed on the website..thx.

Registration Issues

I just purchased to reschedule my exam for today. It's still showing today's date. Does it take a minute to update and process? I just want to make sure that it is accepted.
