If you have passed the exam, your next step is to authorize the transfer of your passing test results to FHA Connection. To do this, sign in to your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select “Exam Center” from the top navigation. Then, select “Transfer Results to FHA Connection.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Transfer Results page.

Shouldn't one of the correct answers on slide 8/23 of module 2.1 be "A client who desires to purchase a home that costs $150,000 could be required to pay $6,000 in standard closing costs". The amount shown shows $7,000. I am basing this on a closing cost percentage of 3-4%. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Carmen Landecho working at North West Side Housing Center in Chicago, Illinois; I was scheduled to take the Hud cert. test last week 7/2 at 10a.m. unfortunately my ID was expired and I was unable to take the test, I was told that the $100 fee will be applied to my next schedule. I want to take the test again on July 9 at 11a.m.
Can someone help me please?
