I logged into my test yesterday. I completed everything and clicked Launch. At that point it tried to do the biometric scan. I tried tying my hair up since it wasn't down before. I tried rearranging the camera position and adding more light to the room. None of this works. I sat there trying for 17 minutes before I tried logging out and logging back-in. Then it told me I missed my appointment and that I need to reschedule. I don't feel that the trouble I had logging in is my fault. This has caused me a lot of frustration.

Is there any way that I can get a more detailed print out re: my specific test/answers? I have taken it 3 times and I am just a few points from passing. I have been studying, preparing, reviewing, redoing all the training modules on the HUD Exchange for more than 5 months. I can't seem to figure out specifically where I am going wrong. Please advise?!
