What is the voucher/promo code for the HUD Counselor exam? It will not let me check out until I enter this code.

I would like to change my on site exam from July 1, 2020 to online exam on July 7, 2020.

Unable launch exam continue to get error "keystroke rhythm not matched" then launch time lapsed and I was unable to take exam as schedule. Unable to get any assistance from Kryterion online chat support.
