I was scheduled to take the exam at 9 am but biometrics passphrase would not let me in by the time Kryterian reset the passphrase so my time ran out and I could not take the exam

I am having an issue with verification of the keystroke. IS there a way to reset

how can I take the test at home? I do not have a web cam but my computer it self has a camera will that be ok ? How do I locate my computer domain? is this something I have to talk to my work IT?
