Hi I was taking the HUD exam and my computer when off but I did finished to do it I was about to summit it I want to know if you save it and the results of the exam im on the phone trying to contact the support center but im still waiting on the line phone number 857-772-2626
I have a question/comment about Module knowledge check question and correct answer on page 29. The correct answer, "A vendor can display part of a credit card number...." is different from the outright violation of displaying an entire account number. I understand this is the best answer from the presented options, but it is not necessarily correct.

Hello I recently tried to create a account and it said it was going to send me a confirmation email. I have not received the confirmation email but it says my email is already taken when I went to try and make another account. Is there anyway I could receive another confirmation email for password?

The Study Guide consists of 15 modules and a Glossary that vary from approximately 20 to 60 pages. A single file of the entire training is not available.
The Support team is not able to provide physical copies of the Study Guide. You are welcome to print the training as befits your needs to prepare for the exam.

I am unable to take test due to technology issues working remotely at this time. I am being asked to pay a $50.00 change fee because the test is within 24 hours. It is actually Friday and today is Wednesday- I thought that was 48 hours?
