To whom it may concern,

I am scheduled to take the HUD exam this Friday, but will need to cancel. I understand that the 72 hour window for a full refund has passed, but am wondering if an exception can be made given current circumstances.

I have been home sick the past couple days with flu-like symptoms and would not want to expose anyone, but going in to a testing center. Please advise regarding any solution there may be.

I don’t understand why with the coronavirus all of the in person exams have not been canceled until June. The one scheduled in Detroit for March 2020 has been canceled until June 2020. Is Detroit the only city in the United States with intelligent people that realize this vIris is of high concern? My agency is in Michigan and going along with the location where the HUD exam is scheduled. If the class hasn’t been canceled you have to go. Unacceptable! Pretty sure the President of the United States along with the governor in the state of Michigan would not think this was OK.

I had schedule my exam for March 27th which was canceled due to coronavirus and I just got an email that it was randomly rescheduled for me to June 5th. I am not able to take the exam that day. Can choose from different dates?

I paid for my exam (& my organization's account was charged) my registered test is not showing anymore. My test is tomorrow what is going on?

I'm wanting to take the HUD Housing counselors exam and would like to obtain Reasonable Accommodations approval from HUD to do so.

Due to the situation of the COVID-19 the test center is closed. I would like to know how you will proceed with this situation so that I can take the test later and not lose the money I paid for the test.

I took the Practice Exam and as with the Assessment, I don't see a way to view my results. Can you please let me know where I can view my results? Thank you

When I take the certification Exam, do I receive a certificate through email? And can I become certified if I work for an agency that meets the National industry standards but is not HUD certified currently?
