I have completed all required training courses but for some reason 4.2 and 6.1 are stating incomplete.
I have complete these modules 3 times each and they continue to state incomplete.
Please fix thiis issue for me.

Good morning I have scheduled to take the exam on March 31, however, due to the current situation with COVID-19 I would like to cancel the request, can someone help me please

I received an email that the testing is closed and my test center is closed due to COVID-19. When I am rescheduling the test they are charging me reschedule fee of $85.00. Why will they charged me if the testing center is closed. Thank you. I also did not receive an email for Test Reminder

The testing center I choose is closed how do I cancel the test. There is an alternative site near me I would like to test there.

To cancel or reschedule your exam, sign in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select Change Your Test Date in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. 

Follow the steps to reschedule or cancel your scheduled exam (cancelled exams will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to schedule a new exam.

I got an email concerning cancellation /reschedule for training but this email was addressed to a Michelle Calloway. Kryterion Support gave me a link that came here.

Concerning the exam and the cancellations at most exam centers due to coronavirus, is there currently any statement from HUD concerning an extension of the timeline to pass the exam at this time?
