Website says I completed the practice exam. Where can I access the summary?

I realized I scheduled my exam on the wrong day. Instead of June 19th I scheduled myself for April 19th. Can I please have a new test voucher so I can take this exam tomorrow?

I have scheduled taking my exam this Friday, 6/15 at 11 am. The calendar invite emailed to me shows below (10am-12pm). Please confirm. I have already completed my biometric profile.

It has been suggested that you sign out and sign in to your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov to see if that helps you restart the exam. If not, it may be an issue with the company hosting our practice exam and we will have to reach out to them. Hello, this is very weird but I was in the middle of my practice exam and I lost complete everything. I don't know how but same happened to my coworker who was sitting next to me. Thanks!

Page 22 of Module 2.1 states that FHA Back End is 43% but later in the module, it states back end is 41% and is repeated in the knowledge check. Which is correct?
