How do I schedule an appointment at a site to take my exam. I want to take it in Georgetown, Delaware.

My exam was suspended. I did not know that I couldn't talk and/or use the restroom. I was very frustrated with the fact that I had to buy additional materials for the exam. I set aside time for the test only to not complete it. I am very busy and need to pass this test in order to be able to provide the home buyer seminars and become a HUD housing agency. I don't like to waste time. Please resume my exam at your earliest convenience. Now I know I can't talk and/or move I will be prepared. Thank you!

My username is shiggs@mrdc.net. I was registered for the certification exam this past Sunday 05/13/2018 at 10am est. Unfortunately I had to reschedule within just before the exam time due to a bad storm that had knocked out my power so I had no internet. Is it possible to get the $50 reschedule fee refunded??

How can update the modules ?I have already done all modules but is the old version. Is not the updated on 1/2017

Hi, I thought I scheduled my exam for 2 PM on Friday 5/18 New York time zone. But the confirmation email sent to me list the time as 1 PM. I am confused on the time for the exam now. Please help so I don't miss the exam time. Thanks.

I am in Module 2,1 and you have conflicting information relating to back-end ratios in the PDF study guide.Page 22 states FHA back-end rations are 43% and 45% for Energy Efficient. Page 32 you state back-end guidelines for FHA are 41% and 45%. What is the correct back-end ratio for FHA loans 41% or 43%? Thank you
