I am trying to reset my password since I just register but it will not allow me to do so. I created an account with a username lmclore88, but it will not let me create a password.

Hi, the system is asking me to contact support to gain access to my HUD account. I am attempting to log in to study for the housing counselor exam. I have a 2nd question, is there audio for the study modules? If there is can you please direct me to it. Thank you.

Everytime I try to sign in after a couple of days of not using it, it no longer recognizes my password. I also haven’t been able to set up two authentication.

When I login with my saved information it comes back with "Contact support to reset your login". Please let me know what I can do to resolve this.
