Having trouble logging in and resetting password

Hello, I appear to be locked out of my account. Username MGuzman. Email mguzman@pathstone.org. When I try to reset my password, after I click on the link in the email and enter the CAPTCHA it says "contact support to restore access" Thank you for your help!

I am have issues with logging into to my account. Every time I put in my login information it tells me to contact support.

I can't enter to my account. I need to enter before my test today in Plainfield before 1:00 pm
