I called last week and have not heard back from the Tech Support department. So, I created another account and ticket under my other email address. Both accounts I am unable to access. Error message: contact Support to reset
I am unable to log-on and Forgot Password doesn't work. This is my second request: the support I received previously didn't help me to log-on.
I need to log-on to reschedule my exam date of 9/30/2024 to a test date in October.
Please reset it ASAP so that I'm able to log-on and reschedule exam date.
I was trying to take the HUD exam, paid to do so, watched the video, and the screen said error when I launched the test. Now it has locked me out?? I am not sure what to do and was supposed to start the test at 6pm.
